Tournament Registration

• Men and Women's Tour: $220 per team

• Men and Women’s 90+: $190 per team

• Men and Women’s Combined Open & 90+: $35 discount per player

For registration, we are asking that you sign up and pay as a team.  The entry fee includes the cost of balls, favor, lunches, hut refreshments, and prizes. If you’re playing in both the 90’s and the Open make sure you select the multi-tournament discount during registration.

*All entrants must have a current APTA membership

Note: There is a multi tournament discount during registration for players that plan to play both the 90’s and Open tournaments.

By participating in the Cleveland Masters Tournament you agree to relieve, release, and forever discharge and agree to indemnify the participating facilities, the GCPTA, the APTA, and all persons associated with this event from any and all claims of any kind for the injury to any person or damage to property as a result of said participation.
