Tournament Registration

• Men and Women's Tour: $230 per team

• Men and Women’s 90+: $200 per team

• Men and Women’s Combined Tour & 90+: $30 discount per player

For registration, we are asking that you sign up and pay as a team.  The entry fee includes the cost of balls, favor, lunches, hut refreshments, and prizes. If you’re playing in both the 90’s and the Tour make sure you opt out of the favor for the Tour during registration

*All entrants must have a current APTA membership

Note: There is a multi tournament discount during registration for players that plan to play both the 90’s and Tour tournaments.

By participating in the Cleveland Masters Tournament you agree to relieve, release, and forever discharge and agree to indemnify the participating facilities, the GCPTA, the APTA, and all persons associated with this event from any and all claims of any kind for the injury to any person or damage to property as a result of said participation.
